Am trying to get some info on the quality of different brans of sanitary ware to kit out bathrooms in new house. Can anyone recommend any particular makes, e.g Ideal Standard, Sonas, etc. Initially I just need to get thermostatic mixing valves and shower trays - anyone idea's on costs. Valves I am looking at are in around €250, which is the valve and face plate. It will be a pressurised system.

Any infor would be great.

For shower valves it's hard to beat Aqualisa, very good quality and spare parts are easily sourced via their online site.

Top end villeroy & boch, heritage do a really good range of ware grohe are a great make for showers & valves

OP is trying to source presserised shower valves, not an electric shower !

Imperial have a really nice range of sanitary ware, not as expensive and Villeroy and Bosch but similar type look.

Have to agree with Helen Barror about the Grohe Shower Mixers. I put 3 of them in 5-6 years ago and even though they were €500+ each at the time they have been trouble free and are excellent quality.
