Same Day Bank Transfer

made a transfer from nib to rabo recently.. nib charged me €25 for same day transfer.. except it didnt arrive in rabo till the following day. the transfer was applied for at 11am. Am i being too picky here or should i try get nib refund some of the charge?

Same day transfers usually have some cut off time limit - e.g. must be transacted before 3PM on the day or something like that. Check the terms & conditions of the service to check. If the transaction should have happened on the day then complain.

Dare I be devil's advocate, and say that could it have been Rabo's fault? Look for an explanation from NIB as the sender....
