Where can I learn more about Salary reviews for ireland ?
Due one soon and want to see what the 'market' dictates in case they hit me with that rhetoric

Also if not happy what are my options

Some of the bigger recruitment agency sites have salary review reports. Depending on your occupation it can sometimes be difficult to identify the appropriate categoty. For example, I'm a software engineer but they often use terms like "programmer", "analyst", "architect" etc. and it's difficult to know which is the most appropriate.
 
Reviving an old useful thread.

What do recruitment guides such as CPL etc include in their median salary guides. Does it include pension contributions or just benefits on top of base/bonus?

I know median is a better guide than average but trying to understand the components.
