Royal Meadows Kilcock

Any opinions on Royal Meadows in kilcock?
Are the houses worth what they are looking for ie 360K approx?

They are nice houses but defo not worth their asking price, they are not as big as they look- houses dont have great depth and makes the rooms narrow.

Seem to be good deals in the new build estates on Kilcock such as Ryebridge they like, there are a few new build estates in Kilcock

You should get a house for that price closer to Dublin (if you are planning on commuting to Dublin that is) on the same train line.
