Rough costs to have executor removed

A family member is having problems with an executor; it has been over four years now, three since probate was granted, and he is refusing to put a property on the market. Can anyone give me a rough idea of the legal cost involved in having him removed as executor, please?

its a high court action to remove an exec - so deep pockets required.

I wonder if there's another path to force distribution of the estate under the terms of the will; essentially that means suing the executor.

Has the exec said why the estate is not being wound up?
