ROS online filing date - is it 14th or 15th November?

I received two automated e-mails from Revenue yesterday...

One said...

Preliminary Tax payment for 2013 will be due on 31/10/2013 or 15/11/2012 if you file your return and make your payment using ROS. ​

The second one said...​

Preliminary Tax payment for 2013 will be due on 31/10/2013 or 14/11/2013 if you file your return and make your payment using ROS. ​

Anyone know which is correct? ​

Revenue e-brief of 4th April said it's the 14th November, so that's probably the correct one.

I'm just surprised that if Revenue sent out an e-mail containing an error, they didn't refer to any previous error in their subsequent one.
