Roofing Material

We have a leak in our kitchen in which the existing lead valley needs to be replaced. I got 3 people out for quotes and all 4 quoted different materials in which to fix the issue. I am looking for advice as to which material would you recommend. All three quotes there prices varied.


The materials been quoted were:


1. Fiberglass

2. Torch on Felt

3. Resitrix/lead

4. Lava

Get an engineer, architect or surveyor to prepare a spec.

Then get the builders to price like for like. The quotes you have received are 4 different types of roof with 4 different pros and cons.
