Our tenants have bought a house so it's only a matter of time, probably weeks before they give us notice. We are thinking of moving back into the house but not for a few months. If we can rent the house in the meantime it would be helpful.
Any idea what's the best way to handle a lease? Month by month? Six months? How do we leave ourselves open to moving back? Don't really want to move this side of Christmas if it can be helped...
