Im soon to be one, I know this has probably been answered here a few times before but what are the rights of a landlord? Ive looked at threshold.ie and it seems weighted to the tenant.
Ive read the revenue guide and a bit on oasis, but can anyone tell me is there a top 10 tips and tricks of being a landlord in ireland?

have just read case DR11/2005, if I read that right, it took 9 months to get the tenant out (oct 04 to present day) .
How long can/would/should you leave it before applying to get someone out for either not paying rent or for damaging the property or generally not wanting that person living in your house any more. I am going to read all on that prtb site anyway so if that info is there I just havent got to it yet.
