Interesting development

Revolut will offer its European clients the chance to trade in government and corporate bonds by early next year in an effort to make the multitrillion-dollar industry more accessible for retail traders in the region.

Q1 has ended but I still haven't heard about this being launched. Did it start without fanfare, or has it been delayed and is not available yet?

They launched it. Like Revolut's other investment products, it doesn't seem competitive for substantial amounts to me. Interactive Brokers, for example, has both a significantly wider choice of bonds and lower fees.
