Revolut discontinuing GBP acc direct debits

FYI - I just received notice from Revolution that they will be discontinuing direct debits from the local GBP account details. This will impact the HMRC payments which were nice and smoothly being taken each month from my account..

So now I need to contact them and work out an alternate solution, how else are people paying?

Yep the option was to pay monthly quarterly or annually from memory.

But either way the dd option from revolut GBP account will shortly no longer be possible

Will you be able to set up a DD from your euro Revolut account, which will be converted to sterling at the time of transfer?
 
Yes, I got the same message from Revolut. GBP direct debits are being discontinued. Very disappointing. I closed my Barclays current a/c some years ago because Revolut's functionality, which included what was effectively a GBP current a/c, was so handy. Now Revolut are taking away this functionality and I need to figure out an alternative for the occasional GBP DDs that I still have.
