Are all standard customers now paying a fee on transactions?

According to the email fees are only applicable if you hold an investment with them. I believe previously you were able to make a certain amount (value) of transactions every calendar month this is now replaced with a fee.
This is not applicable to accounts which aren't holding any form of investment with revolut and has zero implications on your fees.
