return of bail money

how do i go about getting bail money returned,I lodged 61K five year ago the case was finished 6 weeks ago, Ive been down to the 3 courts high court / criminal court/supreme court, also the courts account office in Smithfield,my solicitor is no help at all, all im looking for is where do i actually go to get my money back
