Restaurant recommendation for 40th birthday dinner

Anyone got recommendations for restaurant(s) to go to in City center for a meal for a 40th Birthday

Dont want really really expensive but dont want cheap cheap either - middle of the road with nice atmosphere, good selection on menu and nice wine...

Folks involved eat most styles of cuisine

I presume by the city centre you mean Dublin and I'm assuming a group booking is needed. I like the following restaurants, think they are reasonably priced and have been there with groups.

Odessa
Saba
Brasserie 66 (although have experienced some bad service here but never bad food)
Dunne and Crescenzi (have been here for a 40th before where they allowed them booked out an entire section of the restaurant)
Fire at Mansion House
Coppinger Row
