I applied for a house throu choice based letting.
House is with Respond. I'm just wondering what happens now I know there is guarda clearence to be done but how long should I be waiting to hear from respond. I have sent all my documents to the council and they said respond will be in touch in due course. I dont want to leave my current landlord without giving some form of notice.
