Resolving issues at work

[Black Sheep]

Over the last while some issues/personality clashes have arisen at work which management are not handling well. A suggestion was made to bring in an Independent Facilitator.
Does anybody have any suggestions where to find one?

You may be looking for a mediator. If you google mediator there is a website for the mediators institute.
