Similar issue for me. I called when the issue first arose in early April - he was very helpful, and highlighted it was a known issue that there were emails being sent around to Revenue staff about. It took about a month, but I received a revised Notice of Assessment with the €600 credit restored. Hopefully that's the end of it. You'd hope that someone will have a permanent fix in place for next year, when the relief will be €800.The person in Revenue I was dealing with on this matter a few weeks ago was very helpful - knew the technical issues Revenue were having with this and offered right there and then to get my file corrected while I was on the phone. The revised notice issued a few days later with what I was expecting.
