Similar issue for me. I called when the issue first arose in early April - he was very helpful, and highlighted it was a known issue that there were emails being sent around to Revenue staff about. It took about a month, but I received a revised Notice of Assessment with the €600 credit restored. Hopefully that's the end of it. You'd hope that someone will have a permanent fix in place for next year, when the relief will be €800.
 
I thought I was entitled to this relief, I have met all the conditions except for the tax clearance cert. I am after finding out that my tax clearance cert expired during 2024, I have applied for a new one just now and its reinstated. Am I precluded from claiming the relief for 2024?
