wondering if anyone has experience requesting increased work from home. Have been working in the same multinational for 20 years and luckily during the pandemic had been easily able to work from home full time. But over the last while the company been trying to come up with a blanket 4 day in the office, 1 day at home rule. Its been fairly lax tbh in our small site and most including myself have been doing maybe 3 and 2 or 2 and 3. However the issue seems to be forced a lot more lately and it appears that there is no longer a choice. I would like to at least try to maintain a 3 day in office, 2 day at home balance but dont know really how to go about it. It likely may not work but I was thinking of officially requesting increased remote working as per section 20 of the work life balance and Misc provisions act 2023 but am not really sure that is what the act is intended for. Would be useful to know if anyone has had any similar experience
