replacing window glass under warranty but trader doesn't answer

Hi all,

We've had our windows replaced 4 years ago and one of them has now condensation on the inside. I've contacted the company last year and they told me they would order a replacement glass. I forgot about it for a few months and now they don't reply to my emails, calls or messages.

How should I proceed? get it replaced by another company and get the money back through small claim court?
as the window glass (only one panel) won't exceed 2000€

Go to small claims seeking the cost of having it replaced, don't replace it first as disturbing the window might mean you don't have the evidence required to prove it's faulty.
