Most people are getting rid of baths and have been doing so for years. However, corner baths are not around every corner. €5K is an inordinate price to pay for the installation etc. I can think of many better things you can do with five grand. But you want a corner bath so try talking to some plumbers as I reckon you'll pick up a second hand bath no problem.
We got rid of ours years ago and I must say I miss the Epsom Salts baths.
