I hope to replace our windows in the Spring. Will the contractor know how to deal with the TV cables entering the house via the windows as quite frankly i am not sure which are the current ones or are some obselete.
its not your windows installers problem, id get the tv man back and tell him to bring his drill bit, put the cables through the wall away from the windows, back fill it with expanding foam and plaster finish
