renting to parents on social welfare

hi all, can parents (both on invality pensions) whom receive rent allowance, rent from their daughter? daughter has 2 houses, lives in one and the other is rented out, her parents are renting a private house, can they still get rent allowance if the rent the house of their daughter?

In general renting to family members is not allowed but there may be some exceptions. Why not talk to the CWO who authorised the rent allowance as he will have the background to the situation
