Hi,
I am thinking of renting out my PPR, which I bought a couple of years ago, but needs quite a lot of work done (new windows, heating system etc). I plan to buy a new house to live in myself. As I am on quite a tight budget, I am wondering whether I would be better off getting the work done to the house I'm going to rent out and furnishing it as cheaply as possible, or whether I could save money on furnishings by letting it unfurnished. Would the returns be as good for an unfurnished property. Any advice would be appreciated as I am new to all of this
