Renting property - first time

I am looking for some advice.


I rented our property for the first time last yr. The tenants are looking for our PPS no's (2) to claim rent relief.
  1. Do they need both our PPS no.'s
  2. What is the most tax efficient way for us to deal with this?

I think much more details are necessary to answer that question. Maybe see its a pretty good site.
 
They only need one PPS No.

the main use of the PPS number is for revenue to trace you.


You need to submit a tax return for all sources of income including PAYE by 31/1http://www.conlonosullivan.ie/tax-adviser.php0/2010.
