Hi All

Does anybody have any experienced with the site above? Looks like a reasonable product and not overly costly (compared against potential tenant issues). Just wondering if anyone has ever claimed and how it went?

Under ‘key facts’ you will find this statement

‘The benefits under the Policy are underwritten by LAMP Insurance Company Limited, Suite 934, Europort Gibraltar, company registration number 93562.’

Are they regulated by the Central Bank? What would happen if they went wallop ?

Would it really matter when the maximum gain you can get is 11 months rent within 12 months?

It’s not like a car accident where claims can go on for years and cost €100k+.
