Not sure if this is the correct forum but I’ve recently been made aware that my rental property is being used as a business address. The property comprises of over an acre of ground and some of the land is also used for business purposes. I have no problem with this arrangement but would be interested to know if anyone has any experience of this, or if there are any legal/ insurance/ contract issues involved. Thanks in advance
