Firstly, your title is very misleading. I was expecting a thread about making profits from renting property.
Secondly, there is absolutely no way to answer your question. There are way too many factors which constantly change and will be very different for every business.
Imagine two businesses renting side-by-side in a new retail development. One makes €100k per year, the other makes €2.5m per year. They'll both pay the same rent. Looking for a percentage is meaningless.
