Hi all,
I currently lease a home. I am allowed sub-let individual rooms to others. Each pay their rent to me and then I forward this onto the landlord once a month.
A new tenant is moving in with me and she is looking for rent receipts. I am just wondering is it me or the landlord who would issue these receipts? I wasn't sure as technically she is paying the rent to me but only as a go-between.
Any help would me appreciated?
