I´ve been given some pieces of wooden furniture that I want to renovate - basically paint it all sheen-black to match an existing colour scheme. The stuff´s been in storage for some time and is in good condition apart from evidence of woodworm holes.
Normally, I know this means burn it, but I don´t want to. Does anyone know if the (fairly noxious) paint alone is sufficient treatment or do I need to use anything else?
