Planning on painting house for first time in next month or so and trying to figure out all the prep work. One of my items is plaster which got on some of the granite sills(don't ask). Trying to figure out if there's an easy way to clean these down, power washing, manually trying to chip off, chemicals, sand blasting?
Planning on painting myself and working on the basis of drop cloths for paths. Plastic to cover over windows, granite reveals and sills. Cherry picker hire(optional). heavy duty extendable rollers and alot of hours.
