Remote working relief credit

Hi
While a credit is available for energy and broadband for past years, what is the situation regards credits that reduce the bill? I presume the sum for relief is considered the amount of the bill after any bonus offer or energy credits have been applied to it?

Didn't find anything here...

I would imagine it's only applicable on money you have actually paid out. So if the credit is 600 for the year, you would get 12 euro less back in tax relief for the year (600*10*.2).

Not too much to worry about overall given how ridiculously low the energy tax back is!
