Reliable honest insulation firm in North Mayo / Sligo?

I want to get my walls pumped and my attic insulated.

I am a bit worried that I might get some cowboy who doesnt fill the walls properly, or who doesnt leave enough air ventilation in my attic....

Can someone recommend a firm who cover North Mayo please?

We used Abbey Insulation in Sligo to pump the cavity in our new build. fine to deal with. Havent moved in yet but they appear to have done a good job

We used Ultimate Insulation Services, based in Boyle. They pumped the wall cavities, we found them very good to deal with.
