Anyone use their CRM or accounts production products? What is their support like? Would you recommend?

have used relate company secretary, relate accounts production and relate personal income tax and can say there support is 1st rated i would hightly recommend there software to anybody.
any issue i had with support they always were very helpfull and got the problem sorted right away and i also find it impressive that when i phone up support they know me by name now with i find very impressive
relate is the old management team of apex

Any more up to date opinions on the Relate Company Secretary ? My workplace is looking at adopting their software package for secretarial purposes instead of the CORE system. Is the package difficult to implement or would one need to be a Company Secretary to fully understand the whole implementation of their package.
