Reglazing existing frames with double glazing

hi all,

does any one know if it is possible to convert existing hardwood single galzed windows to double glazed. the existing frames are Teak and in pretty good condition (I think, a specialist may differ). I know there is a crowd in Northern Ireland called LM Glazing that do it but was wondering if anyone knows of anyone in the Munster area.

Most glazers would do the job,check the golden/yellow pages.As long as the hinges are secure there should be no problem.If necessary the glazer could put in a third hinge to take the extra load.
