I am considering registering a .com name with

It states on that website half way down on the left in the Free Extras section, 'FREE! Complete Email', so would I be correct in thinking that once I register my .com name that any e-mails sent to my .com name will automatically be forwarded to my free Yahoo e-mail account, i.e. once I nominate my Yahoo account as the e-mail address to which e-mails are to be forwarded?

I don't have to pay extra for hosting or e-mail forwarding...?

Hi Becca,

Yes you are right in your assumption from what I can see on their site. You can continue to receive your emails on Yahoo but they will be directed via your email provider.

They do however have a limit of 250 emails per day.

What you also need to check is whether Yahoo allow you to send emails form a different address. I use gmail and they allow me to send emails from either [email protected] or [email protected]. I'm not sure if Yahoo offer this service or not. If not you will have to write all your emails using the online email facility of your email provider. Hope this makes sense.

Zapa.
