Hi,
I'm just wondering if the mortgage drawn down from the bank can be used to repay some of the capital paid by the purchaser to the vendor for the property?
Basically, we are paying for our house by stage payments and we are hoping to delay drawing down the mortgage against stage payments as we are also paying rent. Therefore we are thinking of paying some of the stage payments from savings. But, we will need these savings to pay for the kitchen etc. So can we take some of the mortgage to repay this amount of our savings??
