hi does anyone know roughly how much to refinish very scratched semi solid maple floors, also could they be stained to make them dark as i really don;t like them. would it be the same price to rip them up and buy new floorboards?for half the house so approx 700sq feet.thanks

I have recommended David Barnes on several occassions to posters and have had no complaints as of yet.
I think it is cheaper to get Dave in than to get new floors down.
He can advise about the best colours for your floors.
