The 'grant' is not a SW payment, it's doen by VECs. I think the closing date was last week.
If it's Back To Education Allowance you mean, then you would have to be on JB/JA for at least 9 months before qualifying.
I don't know what the 'Labour activation fund' but it's not any SW payment I've heard off.
