Looking at a possible redundancy situation and I am first out. Company has some money in the kitty but will likely only be able to look after me with the rest of the staff eventually claiming from the social insurance fund.
Are there any options for a top up other that an ex-gratia payment? And if that happens can I return on a "contractor" basis?
