Company I have worked for past 12 years was sadly placed into receivership last Friday. I have work in a sales/commission role and by salary was basic + commission. My basic was € 500 per week and monthly commission typically € 2500 per month. Is my redundancy based on € 500 per week or the ceiling of € 600 per week. Also. I stupidly have not taken all my holiday entitlements for the past 4 years, can I still claim for them??
