just wondering, can you be indefinetly on reduced hours, or after a certain period of time, in my case 4 months, with no prospect of going back to full working week, can you request redundancy and if you do is your employer obliged to comply? (assuming he can see no sign in immediate future of more work)

will try to ask this question another way, if i give my employer an rp9 form and he cannot put me back on full time work, am i entitled to claim redundancy?
