I had to get retention planning permission as our engineer originally obtained planning in the incorrect location of the field. Our solicitor has now asked for an amended Opinion on compliance with planning permission and building regulations from our engineer. He is unresponsive. I don't remember ever receiving this a cert of compliance for the 1st planning permission either. I have contacted another engineer as our relationship with our engineer is almost non-existent now. He has stated that a cert relating to planning permission and building regulations would not really refer to the site boundary or folio map. he believes a declaration of identity would be more applicable for a folio map issue.
Any thoughts?
