Sorry I'm not able to advise on rads or tvr brands.But I did read on another forum about digital TVR's from Honeywell.Don't think they are available in Ireland,but the guy that posted the info got them from germany and he said the shipping was €11 regardless of how many you buy.I have no link with these companies,just that they seem interesting and look like a good solution.As far as I know they fit Irish/Uk fittings,but for some strange reason they don't seem to sell them here.Anyone any experience of them?
