Recommendations for a engineer to a structural survey in Galway

Can anyone recommend a professional engineer/surveyor to carry out a structural survey and snagging of a new 3 bed semi d in Galway?

Can one person do both of these tasks?

The house has a Homebond guarantee for what it's worth.

It probably does not need a structural survey but I'm paranoid and don't mind paying for peace of mind.
 
Try Bryan Egan i never had any problem with him. You will pay well for him but imho its money well spent. Ps i never got him to do a snagging list but he has sorted me out for other problems and if i ever needed a snagging or survey list i would get him no questions asked
