recommendation for cordless phone and compatible wireless headsets

Where can I buy and would appreciate a recommendation.
What is best headset to block out background noise?
What is the most comfortable headset?
Have seen a few systems on uk websites but will they work on Irish phone system?

did you make any progress on this as looking for supplier of a wireless headset for a home phone similar to what would be used in call centers etc

cant find any good shops which can assist - does anyone have any ideas ?
