Hi.I have planning for a design that I now don't want to build,too big for our current needs,so looking to go for change of house design.The guy who desighned it is no longer in the game.So I am looking for a good architect in Donegal. Really looking for someone that is really good with ideas and design. Not looking for anything fancy,just simple and modern.Someone that can fit everthing into a modest sized dwelling (which I think a good architect can excel at),which will be resonable to build.Also looking for smart ideas and good storage.I have the opertunity to make the most of solar gain from south facing with no obstructions.Have fantastic views overlooking a beach,so want to make the most of that.I'm also on a budget and while I know good design costs,I don't want to spend a fortune.If you know someone that fits the bill or have a good experience with someone,please post their details and your experience.Thanks in advance for your help.
