Dublin Recommend building surveyer and solicitor Bray

Hi all,
I am in the process of trying to buy a house and need to get it surveyed, can anyone recommend a good surveyer in south Dublin, or north Wicklow?
Also will need a solicitor so if there's a reasonable one nearby that'd be good.

Frank Walsh in Bray is a pretty good solicitor from what I know.

Cant be of any help when it comes to a surveyor.

Don't know any solicitors in Bray but can recommend Patrick Gilloolly of Kennedy & Associates (01) 6767299 as a surveyor. They've done many surveys for clients of mine as well as myself over the years and they do a very good job. I have no connection with the firm. They'll usually do the mortgage valuation as well as the survey, if you need one.
