Hi there,
I'm looking at buying a house at the moment. A lot of work ahead with it but I think there is potential to this property. If successful with buying this house I'd like to do some extension work to kitchen area and possibly add one bedroom to it. I know very little about the planning process.
I was wondering could anyone recommend a good architect? - Ideally I'd like to invite him/her to look at this house and get their views on it - in particular what his/her views are in relation to possible planning applications etc. Thanks for your help.
