I'm sure most accountants would offer you a free consultation (especially these days). If you're trying to understand the feasibility of an idea then perhaps you should consult with the Enterprise Boards (Dublin in your case : www.dceb.ie). They are usually willing to help smaller businesses and may even be able to put you in touch with an accountant. They are also the source of some grant aid - depending on the idea and the availability of funds.
