I am looking for a tax advisor to get advice on buying property in the most tax efficient manner. Either through a company, trust or personally.

Hi Commercial

You don't need a specialist tax advisor. Any tax consultant would do. In fact, your accountant should be able to advise you or refer you to a tax consultant.

The issues are set out in this Key Post. Although it's old, the principles are still the same and the vast majority of accountants will give you the same advice:

Do not buy an investment property through a company. Buy it in your own name.
